Gleaning Volunteers Needed!

Help improve access to affordable, healthy, and local food by harvesting surplus vegetables from the fields of various farms in the Intervale and within Chittenden County.

This gleaned produce will be distributed to low-income community members and social service agencies through the Intervale Free Food Share.

Check out the many opportunities to glean with us on Thursdays and Fridays from July through October. 

As always, Intervale Center volunteers are eligible to receive City Market member worker credit.
