The beginning of the new school year is just around the corner, but there is still so much SUMMER to be enjoyed — including the delicious summer vegetables that we’ll deliver for the 2015 Fall Semester!
We want to give you an idea of what to expect when you sign up for the Intervale Food Hub. Take a look at what we have planned for the month of September!
Vermont Vegetables
Week 1 : lettuce, corn, carrots, tomatoes, onions, cilantro, hot peppers
Week 2 : potatoes, leeks, parsley, beets, carrots, broccoli, mushrooms
Week 3 : spinach, Napa cabbage, sweet potatoes, celery root, winter squash, onions
What can you make?
Every week, we send a newsletter that includes a list of your ingredients, plus recipes and cooking tips to help you make the most of your food. You can also check us out on Pinterest for inspiration.

This year, we will be delivering to 2 new locations in addition to our regular campus deliveries: UVM Quarry Hill apartments and Redstone Lofts!
